Below are FAQs and topics related to registering, purchasing products, and maintaining account information on PfizerPrime.com.
Once you become a registered user on PfizerPrime.com, you can place orders, view and track existing orders, and view and pay invoices.
To register on Pfizer Prime, you will need to provide some basic personal information, as well as provide an email address that will be used as your login. During the registration process, you will be able to create your own password to access Prime. During registration, you will also be asked to provide information regarding what accounts you wish to access while using Prime. For each account you will need to provide: the Account Number, License Type, License Number, State and Zip Code.
You will need to create a user name and a password to log in to the system. These can be any combination of letters and numbers but must be 6 to 16 characters in length. You will also need to be prepared to enter some basic personal information. All fields marked with an asterisk are required in order to proceed.
While registering, if you need to go back to an earlier step, click on the Back button at the bottom of the page.
You will also have a chance to review the information before you submit it. If any information needs to be changed, click on the update button at the bottom of the page.
Please visit our Forget Password page to initiate the password reset process. You will need to have access to the e-mail address you use to log in to reset your password. If you do not have access to this e-mail any longer, please call Customer Service at 800-666-7248 Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm EST.
For security reasons, you will need to log in before you can make this change to your profile. To change your information, login, and click the Update Profile button and enter your new email address under the Login & Password update section.
To change your PfizerPrime.com password, log on to PfizerPrime.com and click the Update Profile link. Enter your new password under the Login & Password update section.
You may alter personal information such as name, address, phone number, and product preferences. To change your information, login, and click the Update Profile button.
If your account has been locked please try the Forget Password process. If you cannot access the e-mail address you have on record or cannot login with a new password, you will need to call Customer Service at 800-666-7248 Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm EST.
There are a number of reasons why the e-mail may not have arrived. The most common reason is that your ISP (Internet Service Provider) may block or redirect some e-mails as spam or junk mail. You should check your inbox or junk folder to confirm. The e-mail may have been caught up by your spam filter. If you do not see that it has been captured as spam, the e-mail address on record may not be a valid e-mail address. Please call Customer Service at 800-666-7248 Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm EST to have a representative help you.
You can change your e-mail address at any time in your profile. To change your information, login, and click the Update Profile button.
